Approach to the Use of AI

Artificial Intelligence and Student Work 
The MENDELU Library has published a recommendation entitled Declaring the Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools in Student Work. The document aims to support students and supervisors of seminars and final theses in the use of AI tools and the appropriate way to declare such use in student papers. It outlines which types of AI tools must be disclosed and which do not require disclosure. The document also provides practical guidance on how to address this in academic practice. It suggests several acceptable approaches while allowing authors enough flexibility to apply their own solutions that may better suit the specific needs of their academic discipline.

Dormitories and accommodation

Our university has sufficient dormitory capacity. But don’t hesitate to apply for a dorm as soon as possible!

Catering

There is a canteen in building Z (FRDIS) which offers breakfast and snacks in the mornings and lunch between 11:30 am and 2 pm. More canteens are at the dormitories and in the campus.

Libraries and study rooms

There is a small library with a pleasant study room equipped with computers in our building Z. The central library you’ll in Building A.
