The study department staff will be those who will help you with your study agenda.

You will need to visit the study department in case you need:

  • a certificate of study
  • ISIC or a sticker on it
  • arrange your stay abroad
  • solve issues related to your study
  • change of your personal data or contact

Where can you find us?

The study department office is on the ground floor. When you enter the building, turn right.

Office Hours

The Study Department will be closed to the public throughout August until further notice. However, it will continue to operate via email and phone. In-person appointments are possible only by prior arrangement via email.
