EXPLORE THE WORLD OF BUSINESS AND INNOVATION!
Mendel University, together with the JIC, is launching the STARTUP MENDELU course in this semester as well. Teamwork on a business idea awaits you, which will be guided by practitioners and young entrepreneurs. Interactivity and individual feedback is a natural part of the online version of the course.
- the course is open to all students of MENDELU
- is evaluated 2 credits
- 12 online workshops led by experienced lecturers from practice
- work in teams on your own idea or on someone else’s idea
- completion of the course in the form of a presentation of a business plan
- advantage for course participants in the case of entering the competition “For the best business idea of MENDELU”, where up to 800,000 CZK will be distributed
Fill in the motivation form no later than February 10, 2021, on the basis of which we will select 50 students, which we will inform via e-mail on February 20, 2021. These students will then be automatically enrolled in the subject STARTUP MENDELU and by sending the form they give their consent.
It is possible to apply both if you have your own business idea and if you do not have an idea and you want to experience team work on someone else’s idea. In the first block, teams will be created around the best ideas, which will then be worked on for the rest of the semester.

And what do the graduates say?
- StartUp Mendel was the most beneficial subject for me in the semester. I was looking forward to every week, I got well-founded answers to everything, I met a lot of nice people and it was a job in a very friendly team. Top for me! Thank you for the opportunity. Jitka Gávelová
- I definitely recommend this course / subject to everyone who wants to be involved in the secrets of business and preparation of Startups. And if you don’t feel the feeling of knowledge, then these super people with a professional approach will definitely wake him up. This is what every online item that everyone wants to take something from should look like.
