The Faculty of Regional Development and International Studies will prepare a study on adaptation to climate change and mitigation measures for the city of Tišnov

Dean of the Faculty of Regional Development and International Studies Ing. Jiří Schneider, Ph.D. and the mayor of Tišnov Bc. Jiří Dospíšil signed on 30.9. 2020 agreement on the elaboration of the Study on Adaptation to Climate Change and Mitigation Measures for the Period 2021 – 2030. The Partnership Foundation will cooperate with FRRMS on the elaboration of the study.

The study should contribute to the vision: “Increase long-term resilience and reduce the vulnerability of the city of Tišnov to the effects of climate change by gradually implementing appropriate adaptation and mitigation measures (with priority use of nature-friendly measures combined with gray – technical – and soft measures) and thereby ensuring the quality of life of the population. “
