This workshop offers a unique opportunity to exchange knowledge, build partnerships, and contribute to sustainable agricultural development in the region.
From July 7 to 11, 2025, a five-day international workshop dedicated to exploring the strategies of family farms and short food supply chains (SFSCs) across Central and Eastern Europe.
The event will bring together experts from the Visegrád countries, Georgia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina to share insights, present case studies, and collaborate on academic publications. The programme includes thematic sessions on regional farming characteristics, training in business CANVAS methodology, field visits, and bilateral meetings.
The workshop aims to foster cross-border cooperation and generate practical and academic outcomes to support sustainable agriculture in the region.
The workshop is part of the project Family Farms in Short Food Supply Chains: Transfer of experience from Czechia, Slovakia and Poland supported by Visegrad+ Grants (22430104)
